David Parnell, President

David Parnell, President, is an active member of the AAPL, HAPL and WHAPL with more than 45 years of land experience.  Mr. Parnell is the former president & CEO of Keystone Oil & Gas Corporation as well as the former owner of David Parnell & Associates land brokerage and abstracting group with offices in Metairie, Baton Rouge and Lafayette, LA.  He is the former Vice President of Land and Legal at Rocksource Energy and the former Land Manager at Maersk Energy Inc. and Southern Mineral Corporation.  Mr. Parnell has extensive experience as a land consultant to various oil and gas companies for due diligence in the acquisition and divestiture of properties throughout the U.S. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University and the Jackson School of Law in Jackson, MS.
